Smiley Loaf

Smiley Loaf

So last night when my family and I were sitting down for dinner, I had started slicing into our meatloaf, and as I sat down I looked at the loaf and noticed this

It was one of those moments when everyone started laughing so hard we were all in tears.
There looking back at us as we sat down to eat was our food.
Kind of creepy, don't cha think?
He looked so happy just staring at us
My husband said
"I think he looks a bit more concerned than happy"
HAHA

My husband and girls and I all got our our phones and started taking pictures of this "Smiley Loaf"
Sending it to friends and family and of course
FACEBOOK
I must say it was such a yummy little smiley loaf!

Anyhoo....once posted on my Fanpage
I had many wonderful customers asking for the recipe
So I thought how fun to share Smiley Loaf with all of you!
I never measure anything so I hope if you try this out it turns out yummy for you!

INGREDIENTS:

I use 3 pounds of ground beef

Then add 2 of these

Add in about 1/3 to 1/4 cup of this

Now add some of this

3/4 to 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
Garlic salt to taste
( I just start sprinkling it we love it )
Maybe about 1 to 2 tablespoons
Just guessing here on the spices
SORRY
Italian seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon
And I usually use Lawrey's seasoning salt but we were out so I used our Big Bob's seasoning.
So either works just fine
About 1 teaspoon

Now the fun and messy part
Start mixing it all together with your HANDS!
Then form into a glass loaf pan

Like I said I never measure anything I just start adding and it's always YUMMY!
Cover with foil and cook at 400 for about 1 hour
Remove foil, add ketchup on top and put back in oven for about 15 more mins
And walah!

SMILEY FACE NOT INCLUDED

Happy cooking!
Let me know if you try it out.
Would love to hear.

Have a smiley day!
